IZYU (“IZYU“) operates IZYU.com and may operate other websites. It is IZYU’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, IZYU collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. IZYU’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how IZYU’s visitors use its website. From time to time, IZYU may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
IZYU also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on the IZYU.com blog/site. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to IZYU’s websites choose to interact with IZYU in ways that require IZYU to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that IZYU gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at www.IZYU.com to provide a username and email address. Data received from APIs, such as Google APIs.
When you use a feature of our service that requires the use of a Third-Party API – Izyu’s use and transfer of the data received to any other app of information received from the API will adhere to the service’s Data Policy. The data we collected about you is what you have provided to us, including your name, email address, etc. When Google API is used, use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Izyu will use the data to provide you with the services you requested, such as showcasing your YouTube channel and videos, retrieving your YouTube channel & video statistics, etc. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes.
Aggregated Statistics
IZYU may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. IZYU may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, IZYU does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
IZYU discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on IZYU’s behalf or to provide services available at IZYU’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
